Gigaset A490 not able to hear voiceClosed

Hello, 

I recently purchased gigaset A490 cordless phone. Where I can able to make phone call ,  I can't hear others voice but they can able to hear my voice. What could be the possible causes.

I need help to fix this issue.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 72.0.3626.121

You cannot hear them probably because your firewall is blocking incoming SIP traffic.

Find out the RTP ports your VOIP provider uses and open them up to your handset on your firewall making sure you restrict it only to the IP of your provider.
