Samsung ZS initializing

Hello,

am using Samsung Z2 smartphone and I have a problem with opening the message box of my device. Whenever I click on the message box, it just shows that it is initializing. It does not open the message box!

Hi,
remove the SIM card and
Try resetting your phone by using the following code: 
  • *2767*3855#

....or the app is whatsapp, and they have the same problem as everyone else in their region. Just sayin'...

Hi

I tried to restart *2767*3855# but still the same i cannot open my message same problem message intiallizing . this ZS Initiallising is a problem to lot of people who are using Samsung ZS2
