Spy pen Video recording

I bought the spy pen a couple of years ago and it worked fine recording videos. However, I haven't used it for nearly 2 years and when I try to take a video again, it only recorded audio. Is there a way to get the software to re-load it to the pen, and if so, where can I get it?

The only indication I got of what brand it could be is just a small sticker saying 16 GB and QD

The only files that shows on it is: VCImporter.vciid and And Video with a sub folder Record. That's all
