Hello, i purchased spy pen how to install software i shud install in spy pen or pc and wer to download that software mine is 16GB and brand is croissants i purchased in anand online marketing but they didnt gave software cd and charger i hav complainted so many times but ther is no reply now how do i get software

Hi,

There is no charger for the device you just have to plug to pc usb port and it will charge itself as well as transfer data from it just like you use an mp3/4 player.
