How to convert image from WEBP to PNG?

Hello,
I want to convert my Webp image into PNG but actually I don't want to install any apps. I already converted but it is .rar file so I don't want to see it. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Ok.a rar file is a compressed file. Uncompress it with 7zip or winzip. I understand you dont want to install anything else, but this is the only way.
