They changed the recovery phone number so now to get into the account I have to ask for a code which sends it to the hackers phone. My account has been hacked for I think 2 years now or 1 year, and Idk how to get it back, can you help me?

Enter your Yahoo email address, click Continue and choose Contact a Yahoo specialist > Hacked accounts.
