It was found on Google,opened and locked,and i didn't find any way to help. https://ccm.net/forum/affich-1070131-my-computer-running-windows-10-is-locked

Restart your computer and press the F8 key until your computer finishes the booting.
· Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
· Now you have successfully entered the safe mode and then go to Control Panel.
· Tap on the User Account and then choose Change Account.
· After that, follow the on-screen instructions to finish the procedure.
