Laptop shutting off after a spark on the USB port

Hello,
One of my kids decided it was ok to touch the USB port with a pair if tweezers. As in them doing so, it had a small spark and then the laptop completely shut off. Is there a way to fix this or is it completely done for?


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 75.0.3770.101

It is done. There is no user fix for a shorted power circuit.
