Problem with webcam and bluetooth

Hello, sir my lenovo laptop's bluetooth and webcam is not working properly please suggest me in right way so that i can trouble shoot this problem.

Well, the right way is to turn on bluetooth. Pair the devices using your webcam manufacturers instructions. Do not use an already paired secure key, delete all of them, and make a new connection everytime! That is the right way!
