Power Wont turn On

Good day to everyone.
I have a Toshiba Laptop, I left it unused for sometime now, so I decided to use it yesterday.

I plugged it to the power outlet but there was no sign that it is plugged in, I removed the battery and plugged it directly but no sign also (no visible power light).
I tried to power it with the battery nothing happened. I have been troubleshooting for sometime now but it hasn't worked. The adapter charger is working fine because I tested it on another toshiba laptop and it worked fine.

What must I do to fix this, please help me.

Hi

Remove the battery and unplug, press and hold the power button for 58 seconds, reconnect and start.

Laptop does not start, power LED blinks 3 times and stops.
