Resetting password

I was asked to reset my password nearly 2 weeks ago and was recommended to use the 2 step verification, which seems to take 4 weeks to be completed. I need to be able to access my emails urgently but a new password is not being accepted.
Can you help please? my email address is ***@*** and my wife's, if you need to contact me via her, is ***@***.

Who asked you to change your password? It take approximatly 2 minutes to complete a 2FA setup!
