Hi *** Let's Secure Your Account

Hello,
Yesterday I was deleting posts from my page that were posted by my playstation account. When I deleted one is asked me if it was me that made the post. I accidentally clicked no. So now nothing will show on my facebook except for the Hi Let's Secure Your Account checkpoint page with the robot. I try to click the Get Started link and nothing happens. I tried coping the link and opening it in a new window but the same page comes up. I've tried on my iphone (both browser and app), an android phone, and both chrome and edge on my computer but no matter what it yields the same results. I've even enabled pop-ups and page re-directs. I have tried to reset my password a few times but after I log in with the new password it just goes back to the same page with the dumb robot. Can anyone offer any solutions? Or am I just screwed?
