Facebook locked me from account for 24 hours 30 hours ago

Hello,

Facebook wanted me to verify my account via text yesterday, that’s all fine and dandy but the code wouldn’t send so I hit the send button like 10 times. Next thing I know it locks me out for 24 hours. Well I tried 24 hours later and it still says wait 24 hours before trying again. What do I do! I cannot even see my Facebook, no one can.
