Hello, my computer when I turn it on it runs for 20-30 seconds then turns off for one second then turns on and repeats.what is wrong

This could be caused by hardware mismatches. Are you certain all of the hardware meets specifications of the motherboard? If yes, then are you certain all of the hardware is good?

How many pcs have you built?
