I tried the factoryreset sequence but it never even comes up to go into options or anything help

Yes we were watching it, it just went black no sound, red lights blinking. Just won't turn back on we looked for a manual button found none. We just tried resetting following the trouble shooting guide really appreciate your swift notice, nice to know there's real folks out there not just machines

yup real people! 10 days later!

It sounds like you need a new TV! If T-shooting said this is the fix, and it didn't fix it, then it is best to contact THEM. Tv's don't really have a user fix option, either it works, or it doesn't!
