Forgot my Facebook password

I had to take my Facebook app off my phone than I put it back I forgot my password to Facebook so I went to a library to reset I had this problem in 2017 I didn’t have a problem getting back in then but this time it’s be 7 days since I haven’t got back in my Facebook account I’m so upset I can’t talk to anyone at Facebook abt this situation all I want is my pictures off that account if I can’t log into it

Click on "forgot account information" and follow the instruction to receive a password reset code.

I did the method of I forgot my password and I sent can’t access my Facebook account I try to recover it and it’s saying no account is found that’s a lie because I had a friend to look me up and my account is still up I don’t no what to do next

Facebook doesn't lie, it's your error. Look yourself up then try again.

I’m not saying fb is lieing I’m saying my account is still up and I can’t get back in my Facebook account and don’t no why Facebook never sent me anything saying my account is close are anything i try resetting my password I try to recover my account and still no luck only thing I did was kept putting in the wrong password to many times that’s all I did then I put a password in from a year ago it was accepted for me to reset than nothing never went to my email address

When you created the account did you register an alternate email address or mobile number? That's where a reset code is being sent.
