You have a program running that Windows can't stop befor it will shutdown. You must hold down the POWER switch until it shuts down. Try download Ccleaner and clean the registry or better yet download Advanced WindowsCare from www.iobit.com it will clean the registry check for simple virus and speed up your PC - all for FREE.

The problem can lay on your operating system try to look for an anti-virus that is updated and scan the entire local disk
if nothing happen, back up your information and reinstall the hole operating system it might be infected

Hummm... I don't know what it could be.. Maybe there's still some programs running... Check if all is closed...Then, if its still not shutting down, just press continuously on turn off touch or switch the plug off!! lol
