Increase my internet speed

Hello,

Sir, I am having a BSNL sim card through which I use net but I get the speed only about 20 KB/s and my aunt lives with me and she also has the same sim but she gets the speed of more than 550KB/s and her net works very fast. So what can I do to increase my internet speed ?

The 5a has more network bands if you look at the specifications of each.
