Failing to open the windows XP

Hello,

every time I turn my laptop on, it opens the windows for like 2 minutes and restart again with a warning of fatal error. I changed the RAM but didn't help. does anyone have an idea of such problem ?

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 76.0.3809.132

Is your operating system Windows XP ? What service pack ?

Your version needs to be updated, hence the "fatal error" indicating the system is corrupted. Unfortunately Microsoft has ceased to support Windows XP. Updates sp1, sp2 and sp3 are no longer available nor are other updates that followed sp3.

You must change your operating system.
