Cant download any softwear from the internet

Hello,
recently i had to completly clean out my pc as if i had just bought it then when i got on to internet explorer to down load abode flash player and other files the same message pops out saying that it was not able to open the site and that the site cant be found or it is unavailable please help

hi there,

please check you connections settings

then go to internet explorer >

tools>

delete cookies,history and private data

close and restart internet explorer

use link below to download adobe flash player:
