Regain access to yahoo mail using lost yahoo mail

I have a yahoo email account, I can't reset the password because my cell phone number and email were outdated, but I have access to the account through an email manager that doesn't show me the registered password.
I would like to know if it is possible to direct the recovery email to the lost email itself.
How do I do that ?
