Display not receiving after going into bios

Hello,
DNA here I am looking for any help because at the moment I am receiving no display on my LCD monitor it works and all I just messed it up in my bios with something about primary video and I can not reverse it, I need a solution that allows me to fix this problem for well it's a new computer and well I'm being the nooby that I am wanted to see what the whole primary video thing was all about and hit IBM something then exited saving the stuff, now when I start up the signal is not found meaning I screwed myself up . Please help me much love DNA.

hi there,
you need to access the bios for that
as far you explained you have no display
you need to remove the rct battery found on the motherboard
to reset all settings
wait for about five minutes and replug all and start your machine
