I am getting Blue Screen on my WoW alot

Hello,
This is the second time now, I have a high level character again and it has happened again. I am getting blue screen. It happens every time I try to access my character. How do I get rid of it?

does it happen wen ur not on WoW? if it does, you have hard drive failure

This happens to me, too. I can access other characters on that realm but just not a particular high-level character. I'm going to try changing my hearth location from Shattrath to somewhere with fewer people around, like Area 52 or something. Hopefully that will help. But does anybody know exactly what is going wrong?
