Hi,

My yahoo email is hacked and I cannot access it.

When I tried putting my email address, Yahoo system says "Sorry, we don't recognise this email address."

So I tried creating a new yahoo email account using my old / hacked email address it is showing "A Yahoo account already exist with this email address."

Looking forward to hearing your response and suggestions on how I can fix this situation soon.

Thanks

Hi,

In the situation you've described, you must consider your account as lost. Unfortunately, you won't be able to get it back.

Sorry for the bad news.
