Need help getting in my yahoo account

Need some help i had my yahoo account key active on my phone my yahoo account app was accidentally deleted from my phone .i use by recovery email which yahoo send me a code .i follow instruction .i keep getting sry we cant sign u in at the moment try again later .y is that so?

Hi,

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try again. If the problem persists, try using another browser.

Good evening i clear coach and cookie . I am still getting UH oh we cant sign you in right now . Please try again in a while
