Hello,

Go to https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery 

Choose "I forgot my password" 
Enter the account name that you are trying to recover 
Solve the Captcha 
Click "Verify your Identity" at the bottom

Hi,

By "activate" did you mean that your Gmail account is disabled? If this is the case, sign in to your account and click on Try to restore.

If you aren't able to restore it, you can send a request to Google to restore your account. Here is the form to send the request.
