Pc wont boot

Hello,my pc runs,but wont boot,it has power,everything is connected,but wont boot up,my desktop is connected to a tv ,when i click the power button everything runs,the fans keyboard mouse,but its just a black screen,and in the up right corner its shows the resolution that is 640x480 ,the regular one when the pc works is 1360x768,sometimes it boots up and works because i reset every cable ,when it does that,i download the nvidia drivers but after that my pc wont boot ,i reset the cables once again and the drivers are unnistaled,but not everytime it boots up,i really dont get it,someone help me please.

GPU NVIDIA GTX 1050TI 4GB
CPU INTEL I5-7400
MOTHERBOARD ASUS PRIME B250M-K

I recently had a similar issue with a desktop computer. Try hard reset by turning it on and after it comes on, press the power button and hold it for 30 seconds. the computer will go off but still hold the power button till 3o seconds is complete and turn it back on. This worked for me, and I'm hoping it works for you.

that didnt solve it,i think my video graphics card is crashing D:

now the pc has booted a few times,i downloaded the drivers ,played for hours and then black screen ,i did the same thing once again and it lasted for 1-2 hours this time,and now it wont boot anymore idk what to do ,i think its from the 1050 ti
