I got a new keyboard for christmas and it won’t work for me. I have tried using it on other USB hubs. But still not working. I tried to go on device manager and +++ but nothing works, I have tried almost everything on YT but not working. It lights up and the USB on the side of the keyboard works for my mice but it won’t type. I can also not update my windows 10 to the newest version and update all the drivers on the Windows Update “section”. It is Razer Blackwidow Elite to be exact. Help!!!

Hello, maybe you got a defective model. Try for a replacement as your should get one cuz its bought recently.
You could also try contacting razer's customer support.
