Hello,

I have 2 gmail accounts. The first account I added to Outlook worked fine. But when I added the second one it did not have a "Trash" folder. How do I get the Trash folder on my Outlook menu?

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.130

Hello, can you see a 'deleted items' folder? If so, this is Outlook's 'trash' folder.

Check under the 'folders' menu for it. It should be the 5th folder in this list.

Let me know how you get on.

Items that you delete are moved to the Deleted Items or Trash folders, but aren’t permanently deleted until those folders are emptied. Over time, the contents of the Deleted Items folder can consume a large amount of space on your computer or email server storage quota.
You can see trash folder in your Outlook menu. Do check it again properly.

I hope this helps!
