i don't know how the disk that came with my mp4 player works when i insert it i saw autoplay come up my mp4 player can't turn on it can't charge i don't know what to do please i am asking u to help me please

hi,

the autoplay allows you to install the software required by the mp4 player to be detected.

install it then connect your mp4 player to the computer.

switch the mp4 player on before you connect it.
