Windows-no error

Hello,
When i open my pc,it will automatically show this error msg (windows - no error) exception processing message........
because i want to install mcafee antivirus,once i click for install it will show this error(only of instance of setup can be run at a time,this instance of setup will now exit)

hi,

your windows might be coorrupted.

you need to repair your windows using the installation CD.
