My PC is starting up on system repair

Hello,

My PC is starting up on system repair - however, it can't fix the repair. I have tried system restore with no luck.

How can I get windows to start up? Do I need to reinstall Vista Home Premium? If so, how do I do this since I can't bring up the start menu.

Any advice would be helpful. I'm not that technical, so what to do stage by stage would be helpful.

you need o repairyour window.

to do this, you will need to have the windows installation CD.

ou can buy it from a Microsoft agreed reseller.

Do you mean reinstalling the Vista installation disk? How would I do this??
