Hello, I've got two possible solutions for you:

1.
  • Remove battery, remove plug and hit the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Then put back the battery and start your computer
  • Once you see something on the screen, plug in the cord.

2. Alternative power drain procedure
  • Remove the RAM sticks (Clean with a soft lint free cloth while they are out)
  • Remove the power cord and battery
  • Hold the power button for 30 seconds
  • Replace everything.

Let me know how you get on!

Okay, try this to reset ZED Air Laptop BIOS:
  • Turn off the laptop and press the power button.
  • Turn it on and immediately the power signal lights up, hit and hold the escape key.
  • This will start the ZED Air Boot Menu.

Did you reset the bios as described above?

When you insert a USB it turns on? What USB?
