Facebook Hacked

Hello my Facebook was hacked and my number changed the hacker has turn on the two-factor authentication hence I can't receive the code since my number was change
I tried identifying my Facebook id by providing my <url> so that Facebook can recover my account but they keep saying invalid url
I'm sure the hacker has turned of the
Settings where no body can search me through search engines unless on facebook
Pls help me find solutions
