Hello, to modify your facebook account details you will need to login to your FB account and do so yourself by going into settings.
If you no longer have access to your FB account to do, you will need to recover your account first, you can read how to do so in this article.
Note: CCM is not affiliated with Facebook and cannot recover your account for you. You will have to follow the guidance in the above article.
Also, do not publish your FB login details, and password online - your account will be less secure.

You can simply use these steps to add your phone number in the Facebook-
-Login to your account
-Go to settings option
-In the left corner choose the "Mobile" option
-Click on "add a phone number"
-Once you enter the mobile number you will get a verification code to confirm the selection.
To remove email follow this step-
-Go to settings
-In the"General tab" click on "Contacts" option
-Click on the "Remove email id" and then click "save changes"
-Login to your account
-Go to settings option
