No taskbar, no apps only wallpaper and mouse

When I opened my conputer this morning, there was no taskbar and no apps. I tried the Ctrl+Alt+Delete but it did not work. But I found out that my apps are to the left of my screen where I cannot see them and I dragged my apps from there to where I can see them but when I try to open them, they opened to the side where I cannot see them.

Hi,

Press the Windows + P keys at the same time. Then select Computer only.

Thanks for the reply but it didn't work. When I press Windows+P nothing appears. I assume that it opens to the left side where I couldn't see it as with every other app.

Once you've pressed the Windows and P keys, try using the arrow keys to select the Computer only option. To do so, press the left arrow key twice and press Enter.
