Hello, please refer to this article explaining why CCM doesn't help unlock mobile phones, smart watches or SIM cards.

If it is a new phone that you have recently purchased then I recommend that you contact the seller - typically phones do not come locked. Likewise, if you have recently got a new SIM card, then the SIM code should have been included with it.
