Hello, 2 beeps would indicate a bad RAM slot. If you can (and have multiple RAM), remove 1 and try to restart your PC, then alternate with the other if it still does not work. You may need to change your RAM.

Two other solutions for you:
- Remove battery, remove plug and hit the power button for 30 seconds.
- Then put back the battery and start your computer
- Once you see something on the screen, plug in the cord.

- Remove the RAM sticks (Clean with a soft lint free cloth while they are out)
- Remove the power cord and battery
- Hold the power button for 30 seconds
- Replace everything.
