Hello, I've got a few possible solutions for you to try:
1.
2. Alternative power drain procedure
3.
You can also reset your BIOS using the info in this article.
Regards
1.
- Remove battery, remove plug and hit the power button for 30 seconds.
- Then put back the battery and start your computer
- Once you see something on the screen, plug in the cord.
2. Alternative power drain procedure
- Remove the RAM sticks (Clean with a soft lint free cloth while they are out)
- Remove the power cord and battery
- Hold the power button for 30 seconds
- Replace everything.
3.
- Disconnect everything
- Unplug power
- Push 2-3 times the start button to eliminate remaining current
- Reconnect everything
- Push the start button
You can also reset your BIOS using the info in this article.

Hello, have a look at this page how to fix a computer that turns on and then off by Lifewire.
I found this was quite helpful!

I did check out the article but I couldn't do most of the steps because I know next to nothing on fixing computers and have none of of necessary equipment required to do so. Also, I'm afraid that further trying to fix it myself may end up damaging it further.

It may be best to get it into a local repair store (if and when you're able to go outside). Its not ideal, but without being able to try out some of those fixes at home it will be difficult to troubleshoot at a distance. Sorry I can't be of more help.
But do keep me posted if you find anything else that helps with your situation.
