It is very tough to recover the account now. Have you add some recovery email. If yes then you can get OTP on that.
Yes, it is now difficult to regain access to your account if you have forgotten the password as well as the alternative recovery. You can try one thing, go to the help section and report or provide feedback mentioning the issue.

You can simply change your gmail password by selecting Forget Password option.
