However, if you don't remember your password, have no recovery email attached to your account and no longer have access to the number that you created your account with... unfortunately, it is not possible to recover your Gmail account. I understand, but ultimately these recovery features are designed to protect your account from being hacked. If you could gain access to an account without the password, or access to recovery options... anyone could access your account.
Unfortunately there isn't anything that you can do if you don't remember the password, and don't have access to the number used to create the account. You would have had to have changed this number before.

It is very tough to recover the account now. Have you add some recovery email. If yes then you can get OTP on that.
Yes, it is now difficult to regain access to your account if you have forgotten the password as well as the alternative recovery. You can try one thing, go to the help section and report or provide feedback mentioning the issue.

You can simply change your gmail password by selecting Forget Password option.
