Hello, if you know your password, why not try logging in to Facebook on an alternative device.
You should still be able to enter your phone number as the log in details, and then connect to your FB account.
If and when you are able to reconnect to your account, I recommend that you update your login details, and the number attached with your account. Also add an email address that you can use as a future recovery method.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
As you no longer have your number, try using an email account (if you had added one to your FB account when it was created).
