Hello, to access the TikTok live option, one of the criteria is the amount of followers - you need 1000. If you have 1500, then you have one of the criteria for the live option. However TikTok has also said that it prioritises high quality content , and as such they prioritise giving the live option to users who produce high quality content.
You can also try contacting the TikTok support centre, they may be able to enable the live option for your account.
