It says to go to settings, but I can't even get that far. The first screen that appears says error with external hard drive, but I don't have an external hard drive. The only external device it is attached to is my TV. My grandchildren love playing the Lego games, and console is only about 4 or 5 years old.
Can anyone help me out?

Sometimes the system processes the main drive as a hard drive or external drive. you have to do this just open the system unplug the drive and again install it. then see whats happen the error will go
