Facebook id not opening

Hello,
I have one promblem in facebook when I reinstall Facebook it asking me to confirm my indentity and then it asking me to upload some images I had uploaded and then it saying we are scanning your photos if any other documentry needed to confirm your identity then we all contact you later but 2 days gone no a single message come from facebook and when I log in my account it always showing the same thing please help me I had also emailed Facebook but they don't reply please I will loss my precious items if I not get my account and one thing also I had created a new account and serach my old I'd it not showing why please help me
