                    Go to your Control Panel
Step 1
Click "Start" and "Control Panel" on your computer.
Step 2
Click "Hardware and sounds" in the Control Panel.
Step 3
Click "Change system sounds" from the "Sound" menu.
Step 4
Click the "Sound" tab.
Step 5
Click "Default beep" in the "Program events" box.
Step 6
Click the "Sounds" drop-down arrow, then click "None."
Click "Apply" to save your changes, then click "Ok" to exit the window. You can now close the control panel.

                    Hello, are you having a problem with your PC, or do you simply not want there to be a beeping noise when you turn it on?
