Mousepad and keyboard not working at the same time

Hello,

I just bought a new laptop (ACER Nitro 5 (AN515-55-76A5) with windows 10). Everything seems to be working fine except when I try to play games. When using my touchpad to look around I can use it normally, but while pressing the W button (or any button) I can't move my cursor to look around anymore. Tried to do it outside of the game and it wouldn't work either, so it's not the game's fault. Can't seem to find a solution online to my problem. (Everything I found I couldn't apply to my settings since I didn"t find any of the same settings). Hope anyone can help me, thanks a lot in advance!
