You deleted the whole hard drive. you will have to re-install windows! Insert your windows installation disk and then boot it ! Follow all the instructions. then you will be asked to format your c: partition!
Hye please be precise how you deleted everything? did you format your pc or something?

there is nothing for it to boot from i deleted the hardrive from boot option how to get it back
