Facebook shut down my personal page and I'm not receiving the security code text

What do you do if your personal Facebook page gets shutdown with no warning and you aren’t getting through the confirmation code to your phone that they send you?!

Facebook have put me in a loop! I understand you need a form of ID to confirm the account is legit which I have but I can’t provide that until I've got the confirmation code through to the mobile number... but the code never arrives.
What do I do??

Any help would so appreciated!
