can we connect different os like vista and win xp thru a wireless in a network
coz at my work place ever1z using win xp they can share files n folder n printer but i cannot can u suggest me any steps if i can

Hye you can connect everything OS you want on a wireless network, mac os , linux, windows mobile also! Just make sure to have the WEP key if the network is secured or else you won't be able to connect to the wireless router!
