Did you try formatting the card?. Try it, if it formats then you will be able to use t again. If you can format and again this problem occurs then I guess your card is ruined due to massive use and formatting. You know formatting a card too many times can permanently damage the card and you cannot fix it. So try it out and see what happens.

Please let us know how you are trying to copy paste the data's in to uSD card (Internal memory to uSD card or PC to uSD card)
